Product details, including fragrance, weight, composition, safety instructions, and intended use, are provided on each product page. We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However:
- Slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur due to screen display differences or individual perception.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the item.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice, subject to fulfilling existing orders.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and method selected at checkout and are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before order confirmation due to changes in costs, market conditions, or errors in pricing. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

If an order is canceled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payments made.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Location
- Orders are shipped from our logistics partner: Quivo, 62 Boulevard Henri Navier, Lot 1-3, 95150 Taverny, France.
- We ship to addresses in the UK, EU, and select international destinations as specified on our Shipping Policy page.
5.2 Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and during checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination, shipping method, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes).
5.3 Delivery Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information (e.g., address, contact details). We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to your absence or incorrect details, additional fees for re-delivery or return may apply.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery or when you nominate a third party (other than the carrier) to receive the goods.
5.4 Customs and Duties
- For international orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
6. Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Consumers)6.1 Eligibility
- If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes) in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) or EU Consumer Rights Directive, without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you or your nominated third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.
6.2 Exercising the Right

- Your cancellation request must be sent before the 14-day period expires.
6.3 Return Process
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation, in their original condition and packaging, to:

6.4 Exceptions
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications or personalized.
- Sealed products (e.g., candles) that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons.
7. Effects of Withdrawal
- If you validly cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs for premium delivery options), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return (e.g., a tracking number).
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
- We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
8. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
- Returns must be sent to the address specified in Section 6.3 at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are used, damaged (beyond normal wear from inspection), or not in their original packaging.
9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
9.1 Notification
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@thepianissimo.com, providing:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
9.2 Resolution
- We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer:
- A replacement product at no additional cost.
- A full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
- We will provide a prepaid return label for faulty or incorrect items.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
9.3 Consumer Rights
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or misdescribed goods.
10. Limitation of Liability

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORTUNAT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your purchase or use of our products.
- Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products in question.
10.2 Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays, non-performance, or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, terrorism, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions.

- You are responsible for using our products in accordance with the safety instructions provided. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use, storage, or handling of our products.
